A distinctive Welschriesling from the promising vineyard in Perná. The exceptional 2024 vintage has made its mark with fullness and balance, even without Botrytis participation.
A more complex Traminer with aromas of rose and lychee. After extended maceration and aging in barrels, it was harmonized on fine lees for another 6 months.
A traditional local variety from old vines. The higher level of reduction brought out a more noble character, and after a year of aging in French barrels, the wine presents an attractively fruity and sweet finish.
The synonym of Element AQUA is lightness and freshness. As it is a cuvée of Moravian Muscat and Sauvignon, the aroma comes across as distinctly fruity. Thanks to its lower alcohol content, it makes a pleasant daytime companion. Enjoy well chilled.
Element Earth is a strong experience with a velvety finish. Its fullness and potential are enhanced by the addition of Red Traminer and aging in larger barrels. The wine is robust with candied and spicy notes. Its elegant character is given by Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, pairing well with veal or poultry. Very suitable for long aging. Aged on lees in barrels.
This sparkling wine is blended from Yellow Muscat, Muscat Ottonel, and Chardonnay. Overall, it is pleasantly smooth with a creamy finish. At the same time, it is light and juicy, with a non-intrusive citrus aroma. Perfect for summer refreshment. Serve at 4–6 °C.
A refreshing drink with a delicate taste of elderflower blossom, perfect for hot days. Its gentle sparkle and only 2% alcohol make it an ideal companion for picnics, barbecues, or relaxing in the cellar.
Bezinka – the taste of summer in a glass.
I create wines by variety, following the 4+1 Element cuvée concept. By combining traditional production methods with modern technologies, we carry the character of the vineyard, vintage, and grape variety into the wine. The winery is located in the heart of Slovácko – Podluží in Dolní Bojanovice.
The wines are made by cellar master Jiří Uherek, a graduate of Mendel University in viticulture and enology. His aim is to maximize the potential of the vineyard and create wines with strong varietal character, often suitable for long-term aging. The wines are mainly intended for fine gastronomy, private clients, and premium wine shops.
The winery is housed in a new facility in the village of Sudoměřice.
My goal is to maximize the potential of the vineyard and create wines with a strong varietal character, often suitable for long-term aging. By combining traditional production methods with modern technologies, I carry the character of the vineyard, vintage, and variety into the wine. Today I produce wines I believe in and enjoy.
The world of wine is a lifelong journey of learning, and I’m curious and excited to see what lies ahead.
